All orders, unless indicated otherwise, are shipped UPS ground. If anything is damaged in shipment, save all packing material and contact us immediately. Once UPS has picked up the damaged package, we will replace(or if no longer available, refund) item(s) damaged in shipment.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada will be sent via US Mail. Additional shipping charges will be added.

Sorry, but we do not ship to any foreign country other than Canada.

We make every effort to ship orders within 24 hours of payment (72 hours if order is received on the weekend). We will notify you by email when item is shipped and when to expect it. We will be happy to provide a tracking number on request.
